What we collect. Why. What we don't.

vybn.net is a marketing site with one form. The form sends Steve an email. We don't have user accounts, we don't sell your data, and we don't track you across the internet. Analytics is for figuring out which ads work.

Whatever you type into it: name, email, what you're working on, stack, where you're stuck, budget range, timeline, and a link if you shared one. Plus the landing page slug and any UTM parameters from the URL so we know which ad brought you in.

That payload is delivered as an email via AWS Simple Email Service to Steve, and optionally posted to a private Slack channel for the team. AWS sees the email in transit; we don't keep a separate database of submissions.

We use what you send us to reply, scope work, and keep notes if we end up working together. If you don't want us to keep your details, email us at hello@vybn.net and we'll delete them.

We use Google Analytics 4 (and optionally Google Tag Manager and PostHog) to count page views, ad clicks, and form submissions. These tools may set first-party cookies and record an anonymized IP. We use this to figure out which landing pages and ad campaigns are working — not to identify individuals.

We don't run remarketing or build advertising audiences from this data. If you want to opt out of GA, browser extensions like uBlock Origin or Google's own opt-out add-on will block it.

The site runs on Cloudflare Workers. Cloudflare sees standard request metadata (IP, user-agent, country) like any web host and uses it for routing and abuse prevention. See Cloudflare's privacy policy for details.

The site itself doesn't set cookies for tracking. Analytics tools listed above may set their own. The audio and debug toggles uselocalStorageon your device — never sent to us.

This site isn't directed at children under 13.

If we change anything material, we'll update the date at the top. Substantive changes to how we handle intakes will be called out in the section above.
